Since the VIP project of our company was put into operation in 2013, our company has become the first and the only producer of dry-method VIP. The company has made huge efforts and investments on the development and production of dry-method VIP, achieved a leading level in the industry, having successively developed dry-method VIP with a heat conductivity coefficient of 0.0025W/m.k and 0.0018W/m.k, which have already been put into volume production. The dry-method VIP with a heat conductivity coefficient of 0.0015W/m.k has already passed the preliminary test so far.
The company has not only been committed to the research and development of VIP with a lower heat conductivity coefficient, but also been able to produce different shapes of VIP, VIP with holes on the surface, foldable VIP and cylindrical VIP which is currently applied in water heaters, other than common flat VIP.
The company is currently designated by Haier Asia as a supplier of international dry-method VIP. Fridges of Haier which have been produced with our VIP have been sold to several regions of Asia so far.
Currently we can produce VIP with different sizes and specifications, different shapes and different heat conductivity coefficients according to the requirements of our clients.
